Overview

This addendum describes how ProTaxAdvisorsFL / Protaxbolt, operated by GD Management & Services LLC, processes customer data as a processor, including security measures, subprocessors, and customer responsibilities. A signed copy may be requested for customers who require it.

Details

• We process data solely to provide contracted services under your documented instructions and applicable law.
• Security controls include encryption in transit, role-based access, logging, and least-privilege administration. Additional details are available in our Security statement.
• Subprocessors are vetted for security posture; customers may request the current list and receive notice of material changes where contractually required.
• Customers are responsible for obtaining necessary consents, providing accurate data, and configuring access controls within their tenant.
• Data subject and regulator inquiries received by us will be forwarded to the customer where the customer is the controller, unless prohibited by law.
