GD Management & Services LLC respects intellectual property rights. If you believe content on the ProTaxAdvisorsFL / Protaxbolt platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) notice.

1. Submitting a Notice

Send a written notice to legal@protaxadvisorsfl.com that includes:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail (URL, screenshots) for us to locate it.
• Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

2. Counter-Notifications

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may send a counter-notification to the same email address with:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the material removed and its location before removal.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or Florida if outside the US) and will accept service of process from the complainant.

3. Repeat Infringers

We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
